General: To the familiar tune of the famous evergreen 'The Rose', 'What the future may bring' takes soloists, choirs and audience on a journey with God the Father. It makes for a song that fits well with a confession or baptism, for example. The verses deepen the trust in God's foreknowledge; whatever happens, however dark it seems on the road; I walk with my eyes closed, with my Father's hand, to the unknown land!
