1. Physical products (music books, text booklets, cds, etc.) will be sent as soon as possible by PostNL. So you don't have to do anything else.

2. Digital products (pdf or mp3 downloads) can now be downloaded via the 'Download' link in the invoice at the bottom of the email you received.

1 Click on the link in this email invoice to download the song in mp3 format or the sheet music in pdf format.
2 Choose the location to save the ZIP file on your computer.
NOTE: You can download your purchases once. You have 5 days to do so.

1 Instead of clicking the button with the left mouse button you can also click the button with your right mouse button. Then choose 'save as',
2 Choose the location to save the ZIP file on your computer. (for example, your desktop)

The ZIP file you download from Koormuziek.nl contains sheet music in pdf format. A ZIP file is a compressed file in which one or more other files are packed. The latest versions of Windows have the ability to unpack ZIP files already on board.

You can unpack a ZIP file as follows (Windows):
- right click on the file, a menu will open
- choose: extract all
- follow the wizard instructions.

If you are working with an older version of Windows, you must first download an unzip file, for example the free program 7ZIP. You can download it from the following site: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

A ZIP file is a compressed file in which one or more other files are packed. To unpack the ZIP files on an iPad or iPhone, first download a suitable app from the App Store! For example, iZip.
