Description

General: While this song, written by Matthijn Buwalda and Kees Kraayenoord, is unmistakably written as a hymn, the music is anything but. With a guitar as a basis, the arrangement lends itself well to an introductory solo song and in the choruses it is more focused on singing together than on a distinctive performance. Lyrically, it is pure worship; the adoration of the God who created Earth and heaven by His Word. That name, 'who was and is and will come', was there at the beginning and is there at the end of our existence. Isn't it a great comfort that this God holds our lives in His Hand?
