Easter: The fact that a song like Come to Me in text and music outlines the nearness of God makes it a wonderful composition. But Jenn Johnson also wrote the text from the perspective of God Himself. I am the Lord, your God. I am with you, more than you think! God's desire for us is also evident in this arrangement when the chorus presents itself; tempo and atmosphere change to make way for a cadence in which the hold on God as anchor resounds powerfully. This is a song that will elicit a lot of response. The Dutch text is by Tanja Lagerström.
